At the Florida Delivery and Logistics Association (FDLA), advocacy is at the heart of what we do. Our mission extends beyond connecting and educating our members — we work every day to ensure that Florida’s delivery, courier, and logistics professionals have a strong, unified voice in the legislative and regulatory arenas.

Representing the Industry in Florida, the FDLA actively lobbies on behalf of the delivery and logistics industry within the State of Florida, engaging with policymakers, agencies, and committees to shape fair and practical legislation that supports business growth, innovation, and safety.
We monitor bills, proposed regulations, and industry initiatives that impact couriers, carriers, distributors, and logistics providers — ensuring our members stay informed and represented.
Our advocacy priorities include:

National Collaboration and Industry VoiceFDLA also works closely with affiliate organizations at the national level, including the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA) and the Express Carriers Association (ECA).

Through these partnerships, we help represent Florida’s delivery and logistics businesses in national discussions and federal policy efforts, ensuring that our members’ perspectives influence broader industry standards and initiatives.
